Network integrity · Grand Link LLC
This policy protects recipients, customers and communication networks from harmful or unlawful use of Granli services.
Last updated: September 8, 2026Send communications only to recipients you are lawfully permitted to contact. Clearly identify the sender where required and provide a working, timely opt-out mechanism.
You may not use Granli to distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, exploitative, threatening or designed to cause harm.
Do not interfere with Granli, carriers or other users. Traffic must match the approved purpose, sender identity, channel and volume profile.
Emergency services, life-safety systems and other uses where a communication failure could cause serious harm require express written approval and a resilient alternative. Granli must not be the sole path for emergency communication unless contractually designed for that purpose.
We may investigate suspected violations, request evidence, filter traffic, restrict a route, suspend access or terminate services. We calibrate action to recipient harm, legal obligations, network risk and the customer's response.
Where practical and lawful, we notify the account owner and provide a path to correct the issue. Immediate action may be necessary for active fraud, security threats or regulatory demands.
Report suspected abuse to legal@granlicom.com with the sending identity, time, recipient market and relevant request or message identifier. Do not include unnecessary message content or personal data.
Good-faith reports help Grand Link LLC coordinate with customers and network partners while preserving evidence and due process.
